Welcome to Woodrock!!
From the Board of Directors of the Woodrock Property Owners Association and speaking for all property owners in Woodrock, welcome to one of the best kept secrets in the Rockies. We trust you will discover your choice of Woodrock for residential property is a decision you will value for many reasons.

Your WPOA – All property owners are welcome to attend Board meetings when they occur. You may address any questions or concerns to the Board by contacting any of the members directly or by email to woodrockpoa@gmail.com. Election of directors occurs typically in July of each year. There is an annual meeting of all property owners in mid-August that is combined with a pot luck picnic lunch.

Website and Facebook – Our website is www.woodrock-poa.org. Please reach out to the Board secretary directly for the password to the private documents here . Extensive information is available to you, including Bylaws and Covenants. On Facebook you can join “Woodrock Community Page”.

WPOA Directory – The Private Documents section on the website contains a directory of all property owners (to include their contact information), and a map of residents. Help us keep this information up to date by providing us with –
Your name(s) as you would like it shown in the directory; Mailing address(es); Phone number(s), and Email address(es).
There is also a Pet Roster. If you have pets, please provide information as shown in the Pet Roster; this can help if a pet is lost or found.

Gate Code – Presumably, you already have the gate code. Be aware you can purchase remote controls for the gate by contacting the WPOA Treasurer. The signal can also be programmed to Homelink-type transmitters if your vehicle is so equipped. To protect the security of all property owners, please be very restricted in giving out the gate code to others.

Fishing Club – the website has a tab for the Woodrock Fishing Club which is a separate membership group. If you are interested in joining or just want more information, please contact Mike Miller at writetomike@gmail.com. You can also join the Woodrock Fishing Club Facebook page.

Useful Links to Neighboring Recreation Areas
The northern boundary of Woodrock lots 25 and 1 are on the southern boundary of Mueller State Park. The Myrick's property north of the ponds is also posted as Mueller State Park boundary. We are fortunate to have protected state property surrounding Woodrock.
Dome Rock SWA is not a part of Mueller State Park and entry to Dome Rock SWA requires a hunting or fishing permit. This is how SWAs are funded and maintained, by sales of hunting and fishing permits. Many of the trails in Mueller State Park continue into Dome Rock SWA . Signs are posted notifying hikers of the difference in ownership and management of the two protected state properties. The Myrick property shares several boundary lines with Dome Rock.
Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is south of the Town of Florissant and has many inviting trails and displays of pre-history Florissant. A National Parks Pass or day use pass is required if you want to park at the Visitor Center and use the facilities and attend the many events and guided tours of the attractions.
Located in Park County, Eleven Mile State Park provides fishing, camping and winter sports like ice fishing and skating. More to come on Eleven Mile and it's many opportunities.
